I transferred the original CNC code into a printable STL File using thinkerCAD and Fusion 360. There are 2 versions of it. One is the Picture shown and the other is inverted so only the Outlines will be printed.

Don't forget to add 2-3 raft or Base layers so the whole Thing holds together. In Simplyfy3D it was necessary to enable the Option "Allow single extrusion walls" in Advanced menue in order to print also Details that are below your nozzle resolution.
