Mask Carry Case v3

[Update 2] Added the v.3 files. This version has a stronger back edge to prevent breaking. The lock snaps in better yet.


[Update] Added the v.2 files. This version is crush-proof, should have less grind in the hinges and an easier to snap-in lock and on top the hinges on the top and bottom should print w/o overhangs.[/Updates]

This is a hinged disposable mask case with a separator sheet in the middle.


Printed ideally with brim to avoid it peeling off the surface at the corners.
Also ideally with 100% infill, PETG preferred for long-term use.

Use 1.75 mm filament as a hinge insert.

To assemble, simply fit pieces together, insert a filament string into the hinge holes and trim the ends as short as possible. No glue required.

You might want to file off some overhangs in the snap-lock.
