This is a custom designed part that protects healthcare worker's ears from the straps of face masks. The design is loosely based off other designs roaming around the internet; I wanted to create one that optimized utility and print time.
I have printed a few hundred of these and gave them to friends and family in the healthcare field where they have been able to distribute them to their co-workers. I printed all of mine in ABS so they can easily be cleaned and sterilized.
