Mask With Seal

Ive tried the silicon route but to get it right, wasn't easy at all but i found Amos I clay that when it dries is a soft foam that worked amazingly well, I covered the front with duct tape and was not able to breath at all

specially if you have a beard to (short one) it is difficult to get a good seal

Spray painted it with 2 coats of undercoat 2 coats of black and two coats of sealant to make sure if any layers had wholes microscopic wholes that they would be sealed

i have included a template to cut cut the shape of the filters out

Ive also included quick hook clips for 10mm elastic thread through under back slot then down through middle then up through front and lastly down through back slot which will prevent it from slipping (print at 100% infill at .20 takes 18min for two sets)
