Update2/7/26I have adjusted the split/cut model profile and changed the cut position and adjusted the connectors based on user feedback. The connectors will also now have their own plate for printing.Estimates of filament are as follows (based on usage of X1C printer and the larger Cut model)1200 grams PLA Matte Green930 grams PLA Basic Black30 grams PLA Basic Jade White45 grams PLA Basic Gray55 grams PLA Silk GoldUPDATE2/3/26I have added a print profile that is split into 2 pieces and scaled up to 119% to help with wearability and sizing issues for wearing the helmet.I have not personally tested this profile but spent a lot of time putting it togetherThis will also require 2 spools of Matte Green filament UPDATE1/16/26This model uses slim tree supportsBoth models will now have 10% infill instead of 15% and will have the gyroid infill pattern.Due to the popularity of the model and the issues some users were having I have updated my print profiles.The Visor will now have a brim, I am ho
