I bought a Master Lock 410 for picking practice and couldn't resist cutting it open. So I had to make a new body to hold its guts. Only two pieces and it prints without supports. But, your printer had better be dialed in really well as the tolerances are kinda tight to keep things from rattling around.
A M3x5mm screw can be used to hold the cap on. Or, you can just glue it on.
To assemble:
Insert shackle so the short end is on the same side as the bible. Insert the ball bearings (hint, use magnets to keep them in place). Insert the cam. Insert the lock and rotate the core until it matches with the cam. The face of the lock should be flush with the bottom of the body. Remove the key and put on the cap making sure the screw hole lines up with the one on the body. Insert screw.
