Sturdy version of the master sword with easy print parts. I tried to make these so if a part breaks, you do not have to print everything again just to fix it.
The hilt guards have been a challenge, depending on the orientation it's a give and take on quality and durability. I have some alternatives to try. Hopefully which parts go together are easy to see.
You will need:
1x 6.3mm ~ 1/4" Rod~ 92cm long
2x 3mm Rods ~ 74cm Long
8x 3mm Rods ~ 18mm Long (Optional)
Glue or Carpet Tape for joining some parts.
Better if the rods are carbon fiber or wood. Some flex for attaching the Guard is needed.
Some parts need to be printed multiple times:
Blade_Main.stl x4
Emblem Body Half.stl x2
Emblem Inlay.stl x2
Hilt Jewel.stl x2
Hilt Wing Guard A.stl x2
Hilt Wing Guard B.stl x2
If you have any questions please ask.
The inlaid handles are compatible with the strapping parts. That way you can print them in a different color. I spray painted a sheet of black foam with some shamrock green paint, cu
