About 80000 years ago this not so lil fella, (through the course of entering this project has been nicknamed "Milton") fell into a pit of pitch and broke his leg and died. He was fossilized and found in what is now Stewiacke Nova Scotia Canada. If you travel there its now called Mastodon ridge and in between Truro and New Glasgow Nova Scotia Canada. You'll find a massive concrete model of the actual size one there on the side of the highway. This model comes on a base to show the location of where it was found. Use supports. Mastodons were covered in a reddish furr… its believed that over hunting and environmental strains led to their extinction. There's literally tons of stuff to say about Mastodons and Wholly Mammoths all written by more educated folks than me. I'm just submitting my very first shared 3d build… i hope you like it… please like it. lol
