These are the files needed to build a replica of a 1971 Matchbox Scorpions Tornado race car,
Apart from the printed files you need:
1) Mabuchi SM02 motor or equivalent (I have them available)
2) 1/3AA 300-500 mAh NiMh Cell
3) 4x28mm Reed switch
4) a piece off 13x1mm black silicon hose to cut 4mm wide rings for the tires or 12mm O rings
5) 2.6mm cubic neodynium magnet
6) a small piece of 0.4mm/0.5mm brass/copper/nikkel sheet to cut the 2 contacts
7) 2 x 2.5mm hollow rivets, and if possible a small rivet tool/driver
8) 8cm of electric 0,25mm wire , I use solid copper wire from an old twisted pair network cable.
9) a piece 0.6mm piano wire to use for the front axle.
The drawing for making the contacts can be found under contacts.pdf.
Good practice is to print the adobe file at a scale of 50% to get it 1:1 using the size markers on the drawing to check if the is scale right..
Cut from the paper the flattened projection of the contacts, Glue them to some
