1s drone with a total weight of 140 grams, prepared for printing from ABS. 16 minutes of flight according to my tests in low-level flight (140 grams ICR18650/26v 2.55Ah). Printing recommendations: 0.4mm printing line width, 1 wall, no filling. Plastic: ABS (heavy option) PLA LW 55% (most optimal). My flat carbon frame is cut from 2mm carbon. But I recommend making 1mm, or 1.5 max. The main frame is printed at +-45 degrees while lying on the platform under the XT30 connector, as shown in the photo. The feet are made of very soft TPU with 1 wall, as well as the attachment for the O4. Red sport plastic, it's faster. Additionally, you will need 2*20mm screws and 2mm nuts with a lock washer, 4 of each. All other parts are included in the kits. The components I use: DJI O4 (Lite) Matrix 1s 15a 3in1 RCINPOWER 1202.5 11k Blades GemFan 65R 2 blades (Recommedded 3 or mode blades 65mm) 18650 battery (Recommedded high-current, low-voltage drop), you can also use 21700 Battery strap GPS M100 (optional) At a voltage below 3.1-3.2, there is not enough thrust, and I believe that this can be avoided by increasing the number of blades, the diameter of the blades, or replacing the battery with a LiPo battery. The battery strap should secure not only the battery but also the protective frame. In theory, you can fit the O4 Pro in here, but I'm not sure. Version 2 will be updated to version 3 to fix the bugs, once the project funds are available... It would be cool if someone posted a video of the assembly and flights on YouTube.
