Mavic 2 Sunshade Support

This is my prototype for a sunshade that fits the Mavic 2 (Pro or Zoom) drone controller from DJI.

I have looked at dozens of commercial sunshades, as well as all the sunshade designs here on Thingiverse, and they all have significant shortcomings. Some don't do a very good job of providing shade and, in fact, many of them only have walls on the side, without any hood over the top.

Others do a good job of shading the smartphone and controller screens, but make it very difficult to get to all the buttons on the controller, or to easily access the touchscreen on the smartphone.

I wanted a sunshade that would let me operate the controller and smartphone just like I do without the sunshade. I also wanted to still be able to use the range extenders that fit over the two antennas.

I found a part that was designed to fit into the controller handle. Its original purpose was to provide an attachment point for a lanyard. I printed it and was impressed that it fit well and was strong
