## Z-Frame Braces
The z-frame on the MaxMicron printer is OK, but could be better. The profile connectors are set in a way that doesn't force the vertical. So, I was having trouble with one side not being the same as the other. I made these right angle braces to fix and strengthen the frame properly.
You need to remove the power supply and control board from the frame, but perhaps someone could modify the right brace to still hold the controller if they wanted to. I put my controller in a separate box.
The design is meant to be printable without supports, long edge down so the layers are at 45 degrees in the final installed orientation. The box girder form is to minimise the amount of filament needed but keep the brace very strong indeed. The OpenSCAD file is included.
Now I don't get small twisting in the x-carriage as it goes from left to right.
