This is a wall mount bracket for the Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner. This bracket should work on a wide verity of Maytronics products because most of them use the same power supply. Use some super glue to place the peg into the mount. Let the glue dry then screw the mount into the wall.
