You can mirror the file to get the cover for the opposite side. Print with the flat part on the bed, tabs pointing up. Supports aren't really needed, but you might want to have them for the overhang. Print in a strong and heat resistant plastic, such as PETG.

It isn't a PERFECT fit, but it's not too bad!
