MBot kit filament guide

MBot's recent inexpensive single extruder 3D printer kit is a hoot but it lacks an easy way to guide the filament from the rear spool hanger up to the extruder. After considering an up-and-over guide bar or full on overhead hanger I settled on the traditional 6mm x 4mm guide tube.

The rear panel is just a simple tube and two brackets. Print two copies of the rear bracket; it flips over to make the opposite end.

The extruder side fits in the gap in the sheet metal umbilical holder. Push in the slotted side and the other end should snap into place. The flexibility of ABS helps here but PLA would probably work with care (or file down the end of the tongue just a little).

STP versions are included in addition to the printable STLs to support customization. I hate trying to modify STLs; they never turn out well. The extruder side bracket could probably be made beefier.

For the tubing I'm using a length of 6 x 4 mm PTFE. 1/4 inch poly tubing would probably work if the brackets ar
