This is a simple mechanism which uses a cog and wheel step up to pull a rope when you press the button. This means that for a small press you can displace a much larger amount of rope.I came up with this idea to replace my toilet flushing mechanism which broke. I have also posted that, the only difference being that it has a base place to close up the top of toilet. Installation:Attach a thin piece of paracord to the wheel side of the cog+wheel partThis is done by melting one end of the paracord and pushing it into the hole in the wheel which secures the rope in placeThen put the cog+wheel part into the housing and use the pins to secure it in place (the cog should be on the side of the rail for button). Now you can attach the other end of the rope to whatever you wish and start picking up random stuff with the press of a button.I used this as a toilet flusher so see my other upload if you are interested in thisFinal notes:The main goal was to teach myself a bit more about CAD designing
