I just edited his dxf file to 3d print.
Print with 0.2 resolution.
Print 18 leafs and 18 pins.
when you place the pin you should press the pin with hot flat metal to melt and fix in place.
If you want the center hole small as possible you can make the leafs by hand with paper or aluminum can.
