Medieval torch - Fully Printable

I remixed the 'Medieval torch' by Caputsic to include the upper and lower tube as printable objects. I was worried about the cardboard being indented by others who didn't know better, so I made it all 3D printable.

What I've adjusted:
- The 'Lower Tube' includes the end cap and threads at the top connected by a tube.
- The 'Upper Tube' includes the lower threaded coupler, a tube, and then the upper coupler with a non-threaded post. This post feeds into the bottom of the 'Cone'. It's loose enough that you can wrap a 2 thick electrical tape around it, and twist/pressure fit into the cone, so it can come apart.
- The cone has a bit of a rectangle indent out as I wasn't able to find AA battery holder that was in a one on top of the other, only side by side with a rectangular box (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076C7S2VN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). This cut out + the rectangular cut out for the light base made everything fit well.
