I know that once again I am a little late to the game, but I came across these Memorial Day Cookie Designs on www.SweetSugarbelle.com and I just had to try and make them.

Included are the patterns for a "Flag" cookie and a "Camo" cookie.

In all likelihood Sweet Sugarbelle "free handed" the cookies in the picture ... I'm not that talented, I like patterned cookie cutters. (I also plan on using tiny "Star" decorations on the flag.)

As always I am including a copy of my basic "Sugar Cookie Dough" recipe.

Updated this file with pics of the cookies I made for the 4th of July ... and I even "piped" my own stars on the flag cookies!!!
