MendelMax 1.5 Z-axis endstop offset

Clamp-on Z-axis endstop offset, for 10mm steel rod (MendelMax 1.5).
If you, like me, have been troubled with the Z-axis endstop clamp sliding along the steel rod its secured to? This offset is for you, it will ensure that the endstop clamp no longer can slide up the Z-axis, and will ensure a fixed reference point above the hotbed.
No need to disassemble the steel rod to mount this offset, as the offset itself is clamp-on, just as the endstop switch mount. The clamp is 41mm long, and is suitable for Gregs Wade geared extruder, and top-mounted filament spool.
