The end stop for the Z axis that came with my MendelMax is only adjustable by sliding it up and down the 8mm rod, not very practical, so I made one that can be tuned by turning a wheel.
It uses two M3 x 8mm socket head screws for the clamp and a 20mm to adjust the height. The spring is optional.
The wheel screw needs to be fixed in place with glue so it won't slip.
I included the DesignSpark Mechanical file so anyone can modify it if they wish to.
The M3 screw has a 0.5mm thread, the adjustment wheel has 10 gradations, so each step moves the end stop by 0.05mm
