Mesh Eye Patch

Saw many eye patches, but none like the one I wanted to create. Long cosplay days and hurting your head having one eye covered up all day. Well, that's where the inspiration for this design came. This is a mesh eye patch, comes in two different mesh sizes (mesh design based on Society ROAR 3D). I have included 3 plates: one left eye patch, one right, and a third with the elements in their raw form for your own adapting. I decided on 3mm as the best option for thickness because it lends itself better for thermoforming, which I did using very hot water and the back of a spoon. I have included a picture of this…note, the design prints flat, can be used that way, sure, but always nice to heat it up and get a better fit.
