Mesh Node

Takes a few hours to build, but is pretty self explanatory. This idea came from many others I have seen on the internet. I took all good aspects of the projects I saw and combined them into one (at least I think I did, there may be a few flaws such as panel placement (may block a tiny bit of the antenna signal) but you could add a cable and a pole mount antenna instead)).
