I needed to replace the wheeled feet, and the broken middle foot, of a simple queen metal bed frame. I already had a set of the “reinforced” bed risers from Amazon break on me. I figured this was a good project to cut my teeth on using OnShape. This is very sturdy and maybe a bit overkill but with my son's teenage friends over frequently I thought the little bit of extra filament and time is better safe than sorry ;) The posts of my bed press fits snugly in place. If it is too small or too big for your bed you may want to try printing the test fit file and maybe resizing a bit before printing the whole thing. Most of these frame are not made to exacting measurements so I wouldn't be surprised if it needs tweeked per post. I used 50mm felt self-stick pads on the bottom. Enough friction to slide when pulled but doesn't move around on its own. You could use the non-slip pads instead but felt worked great on my new floors. Inner Diameter = 18mm Base Diameter = 55mm Bed Height Gain = 62mm (
