meter with smaller diameter

This is an adaption of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7282863 with the following changes:
- My meter is of the same type, but has a smaller diameter, thus I re-designed the tower. Original diameter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7282863) was 41.7, my tower has 35.5 mm.
- The cap has a gap so one can take out the SD card without having to take the PCB out.
- The Box has a hole on the side as this fits my cabling better.
- The box has gaps in the corners so it can be easier taken away again.
