A redesign of the blockshield for the BLV MGN Cube metal kit to suit the e3d v6 hotend and dual 5015 blowers.
Two versions are included, one that mounts the fans in the same position as the original, and another that lifts the fans above the blockshield to allow clearance on the front panel for printers that are enclosed.
Version 1 (standard fan position) print:
1x Front plate extended outlet
1x Top plate direct fan
Version 2 (fans above blockshield) print
1x Front Plate extended outlet
1x Top plate
1x Bracket V2
1x Extender right
1x Extender right (mirrored along x axis in slicer)
4x M3x20 are required to mount fans, any longer and they will foul on the extruder.
Version 1 is 3g heavier than the original blockshield and has the fans moved back by 10mm from the original, Version 2 is considerably heavier, approx 20g but saves alot of space at the front of the blockshield.
