nigeljohnson73 made a great timelapse harness, but it only worked with the Raspberry Pi Camera Module version 1, so I made a version that worked with the RPi Camera Module v2.1
Then, I decided that I wanted to try and secure his timelapse harness to something. I have a few mic stands kicking around, so I made an adapter that converts the mic stand (5/8"-27) to the harness (M16x2.0 metric).
This is borderline remix territory, and it works well with the timelapse harness, so I'll call it a remix, but I've basically created a vertical Raspberry Pi holder that connects to the standard mic stand. As you can see by the pictures, this is a complete set from holding the camera steady at the appropriate angle, to cable management, all the way down to holding the RPi closer to the camera. I went out and bought a 24" ribbon cable, but I imagine with this set-up, you could have one even shorter!
Because the keyholes are strangely off-center on the back of my (wonderful!) RPi case, secur
