Micro Damper Ethernet Adapter

For those that really like the Micro Damper (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1232065) but want an Ethernet plug option like the other damper controls for the HeaterMeter. I'd print this in PETG, 0.4 or 0.6 nozzles in 0.3 or 0.4 layer height. PLA would work too but watch the amount of heat it sees.
