Micro mist sprayer

This is a micro mist sprayer I made for my vegetable garden. I use it for a seedbed in a small greenhouse. I print the sprayer in ABS, PLA is not good for this purpose since it is biodegradable. ABS works perfectly and is not biodegradable. After printing you still have to work on it in order to make it work properly. You need to drill a 0,5 mm hole in each of the two prepared slots on the top of the internal part. I recommend you to drill the holes by hand so to not melt the plastic. Hold the drill bit following the angle in the slot. The two holes will spray the water in such a way that a vortex will be created in the cap. The cap has a 1 mm hole in the center. You can drill a slightly bigger hole to open and spread the water jet. I use a 1,5 mm drill bit to make a perfect hole in the center of the cap. At the end I use the top of a bigger drill bit to smooth and clean the edges of the hole.
