A little holder for three MicroSD cards, with a slot to hold a cardboard card behind it.
The label can be anything roughly business card sized. I use a third of a 3x5 card.
Be sure to run a blade through the slots before putting in an SD card -- you don't want to scratch the contacts on any stray plastic!
