Printed these in Spot-e material on the B9Creator, they are mock-up tests to see how to tune the 3D model and the print setups to get it rigiht. We tested these on glass slides and with water and colorant, the capillary effect races the liquids to the finish hole but the walls sometimes leak so we tried different solutions. We baked some of these at 120*C, tortured them, this material is amazing, it even sticks to the galss slide like a slime! We now have a good idea how to make tiny and complex microfluidic chips with our 3D printer.
