Micrómetro dial-indicator-mount

A dial indicator is a useful tool in leveling the bed on most any printer. I wanted to mount one on my Ender 2 but the mounts I could find on Thinkiverse were either difficult to print or did not accommodate the plastic trim on the Ender 2. The mount I designed will snap onto the 2020 beam and can easily slide side to side. I also added hooks to allow the use of rubber bands to additionally secure the mount to the rail, although they aren't really necessary.I added small rafts to facilitate printing, which can be easily cut away post printing.
