Micron Top Canopy

I liked the V2.4 top hat mod, and decided to make one for the Micron as well. This is designed for the 180 version, I will likely also add the 120 and 160 versions soon. These are designed to print flat and will fit on the Micron+ build plate. There is a right and left end with a common middle section. The same applies for the panel retaining rails.
