Microphone 3/8 to 1/4 thread reducer

A simple thread reducer from the common 3/8-16 threads found on microphone mounts to 1/4-20 used by many other devices such as ring lights and webcams.

Both threads should easily screw in, but be wary of shearing off the 1/4" thread when adjusting devices.
