MicroSD Card Case Refined

This is subtle remix of @ivolucas Mini MicroSD Card Case with slightly tighter slots to prevent cards from falling out. Also added a cutout to ease opening of the case and dimples to help keep the case closed.

The tighter slots are not perfect. I may come back to try tightening them further, but I think Printer calibration may make it different for everyone.

(I tried the 99% scaling of the original Thing, but it didn't make a difference with the outer mSD slots or SD slot. It only helped the inner mSD slots.)

UPDATE: If users comment which slot(s) they feel are too loose, I can create another STL .... so we can get it perfect !! Also, I think the nubs going into the dimples might eventually become a problem as the nubs wear down.
