Loose has a 0.2mm of extra space horizontally for the cards instead of the normal 0.1. I have printed the normal model twice and gotten one where the cards fit perfectly, not falling out when being shaken upside down, but easy to get out. On the second print, I couldn't even get them in. I would recommend printing the normal one first, and then the loose if it is too tight. For 0.2mm nozzles, use the normal.
