Microwave knob replacement

I've done some serious reverse engineering to have a replacement knob for a Whirlpool M445 microwave.

For better printing quality the knob was split into two parts. A third has been included into the model to center the two main parts and to carry the torque during usage.

After printing out the parts use some superglue to fix them to each other.
