As replacement part for my old Microwave Turntable Roller, I designed a new one.
The ring does not need to withstand any significant forces. Its only purpose is to keep the wheels in position. Therefore, it can be printed without infill. However, if you wish, you can increase the default number of perimeter layers by one or two.
The staff and the wheel should be have fully infill.
Obviously, when slicing, choose a layer height (and therefore quality) of less than 0.18 mm.
The wedge is not necessary, but you can glue it into the staff to prevent it from slipping out.
Although my printer was big enough to print the ring I needed in one piece, I also cut it into three parts in case someone needs a ring that is too big for their print bed.
The outer diameter of the ring is 20 cm. If your ring is a different size, you are welcome to download the .scad file and adjust the diameter parameter.
Except for the snap-in of the ring third, no support is needed.
