Unlike other WIFI hardware manufactures, Mikrotik did not include a suspended ceiling frame mount, so I created one.

Using the ceiling/wall mount plate that comes with the cAP ac, attaching it to this model makes it possible to easy twist on and off from any 24mm ceiling grid frame.

2012-01-18 - Added 'Thin' version that allows to be installed on a rigid ceiling grid that won't allow for the slide on of the regular mount. Print the 'Thin' with at most 4 bottom layers using .2 layer thickness. The goal is for the bottom layers to be bendable and not have any infill. This allows for the mount to bend and wrap around the ceiling grid. Pre-install the M3 bolts, attach the mount to the ceiling tile and then attach the metal mount that is included with the AP to the printed part.

Extra Hardware:

Regular Mount:
M3 8mm x3
M3 Hex Bolt x3

Thin Mount:
M3 6mm x3
M3 Hex Bolt x3
