Mill Vise Tray - V01

A tool holder tray to attach to backside of movable jaw of mill vise, to help support those repetitive manual machining operations (e.g. step drilling, drilling/tapping, etc...). Tray fits snuggly (at below given dimensions), but easy enough to remove when not in use or to simply dump out machining chips. Two sizes: 4" x 6" and 6" x 6".

Fits vise brands (e.g. Shars Tegara, Kurt, etc...) with 3.875" bolt spacing 0.94" height of vise bed.

For retention, the tray utilizes the same 1/2-13 x 1" bolts as the vise jaws with spacers 1/2" ID x 5/8" OD x 3/16" length (could be steel, brass, aluminum, printed composite, etc...), and 7/16" washers which are 0.924" OD x 0.060" thick that happened to fit very snuggly onto the 1/2-13" bolt thread. Any washer which may fit onto the 1/2" fastener and has an OD less than 1" and ~0.060" thickness should work for retention. If you find a 7/16" washer fits to tight onto the threads, you may need to machine it out to about 0.490" or simply 0.500".
