Millennium Falcon (Mountable)

"You've never heard of the Millennium Falcon? It's the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs." or in Luke Skywalker's words, "What a piece of junk!"

This is another mixed-media project I completed using 3D printing, laser engraving, and a small amount of woodworking. The base file was a modified version of Glitch's Millennium Falcon.

The Falcon has been modified to lay flush with the board so it is easier to attach via adhesive. The vector file that I used to program the laser engraver was done in inkscape and I will be attaching as a .svg file.

This was printed with Hatchbox woodfill and paired with maple boards on the sign, a combination that looks pretty natural together.
