Milling fixture

This is a clamp assembly from a milling fixture I designed a few years ago. It was originally done 2D in AutoCAD. In practice, a series of these are keyed to a plate in line. The plate is mounted in a vertical CNC mill. Three stainless steel extrusions are held in the contoured slots and a narrow slotting mill cuts a slot in the extruded bars. The fixture has been in production for about 3 years now I think, with no failures.
