Milwaukee Packout bins

So recently I have purchased two Milwaukee pack out tool box model -> 48-22-8435.
but 1 of them did not arrive with the internal bins.
do I have decided to create my own.

I assume they will also fit Milwaukee 48-22-8430 as they are the same Hight.
