Milwaukee Packout Corner Tags

Corner tags for the Milwaukee 48‑22‑843 and 48‑22‑8450 Packout cases can be made far simpler than my original curved, form‑fitted design. Instead of printing the full contour—which added time and required multiple filament swaps—this version uses relief grooves on the back. A quick 10‑second pass with a heat gun lets you bend them perfectly to the Packout’s shape. The tags are designed to be riveted in place. Each corner includes a hollow section so you can drill through without compromising the box’s watertight seal. If you don’t use rivets, a strong epoxy bonds them securely as well. Just download the file and customize the text in Bambu Studio however you like.
