Minecraft House

I was playing Minecraft the other day and I wanted to build a really nice house. I designed a nice house on SolidWorks and through mass properties estimated the amount of blocks needed to construct the house. Through some quick calculations, I'm going to need 14860 blocks in total (including stair blocks). To put in that in perspective, that's approximately four and a half large chests full of stacks of blocks. Also getting around zero-thickness geometry is a really big pain!
