A Minecraft inspired lamp making use of a “standard” bulb! Instead of using LED light strips, which makes the lantern larger and brighter than a lot of others. This lantern makes use of an everyday lamp holder (this is the one I used: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DXPQLJCZ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) to hold the bulb. This allows for a good level of light and the option to use a smart bulb to switch the colour/use the lantern in home automations. The model needs no glue or fixtures and fits together with friction fitting parts, however you will need a lamp holder and a dumb/smart bulb to fit into it. Only one part printed with supports, I made use of PETG supports when using PLA really just to try it out (it was great!). NOTE: please pay attention to the amount of heat the bulb gives off in relation to what type of plastic you have used, if you are using PLA, stick to low wattage LED based bulbs.
