I participated in the minesweeper competition (2017) and designed this simple robot on Solidworks - with a track/ground for the simulation - . My role was designing it also worked with the hardware and software team to assemble and program the robot. it was able to detect underground/surface mines and metals also we used ROS and image processing to map the mines at the field of the competition.
