Mingda D2 Hotbed Cable Clamp

This is my take on a Hotbed Cable Clamp for the Mingda D2 printer.
This is based on Lars Zöllner's design but uses 4 x M3 15mm screws and 4 x M3mm nuts to secure it. You can also use 2 x extra small self tapping screw to fasten it to the hotbed cable socket but be careful not to damage connector!
