Mingda D2 upgrade fan

This is an upgrade for the Mingda D2 printer. I've created the support for the two fans of the hot end. I've decided to build it because the printing quality wasn't always so good for thin parts.
The overall cost is 22€ but you can do it for 12€ if you choose not to change the fan of the hotend. Indeed, the support can be used also with the defaults funs. I recommend to change at least the fun which is used to refrigerate the parts during the printing.
