Minger LED Switch Holder

This is a holder for the Minger H6150 LED light strip controller/switch. The holder contains an offset rail that slides into a 20mm aluminum extrusion rail (commonly found on Ender printers). The holder is slightly wider that a 40mm rail by 1 or 2 mm, so it should fit on most Ender base extrusions.

The intent of the offset rail is to utilize potentially unused space where the vertical extrusion intersects the base extrusion. For my printer (Ender 3 V2) there are four bolts that prevent mounted items from passing completely along the base extrusion. The offset rail on this print allows for the controller/switch holder to cover these bolts, which would otherwise be unusable space.

I printed the one shown in the picture in the orientation shown with supports. If interior supports are used, there may be some sanding/grinding that will be needed on at the inside bottom face. This will all depend on your printer settings.
